You should start enjoying the game until u reach level 20, by trying not to know anything about this game. This is the best way to enjoy the game. I waited until i finished the game before searching for info on the web about guild wars. Games are a lot more fun when u dont know shit about it, believe me.
Once u reach lvl 20 make this post again. You will have a better understanding of the game and will be able to understand our replies a lot better. At level 5, u barely have any stats points and skills so there is no point trying to get serious pvp build out of it.

I'll hand ya some basics to work with when fighting with a PvP type.
I'd HIGHLY suggest beating the game in PvE first, it's there, it's free to play, use it, and enjoy it. It teaches you almost everything you need to know to play a good warrior as well as mechanics...
But as a PvP type, your character's stance on things will focus on offensive capabilities.
For PvP, no less than 4 offensive skills is a good idea, an increase attack speed skill, speed running skill, and res signet are also good, but I think a single 'support' skill from your secondary is a great idea.
For W/N, Gaze of Contempt is good, or Rend if you can't access it.

Being new to the game is good. Asking for advise is also good.
Plague touch can be purchased in may areas. Plague Signet is an elite. Plague Sending costs you some life but it can be purchased in may places too.
Plague touch is an awarded skill if I'm not mistaken, so don't need to worry about purchasing it.
Also, just because you have the skills listed in builds doesn't necessarily mean you know how to use them. As suggested, play the whole game in PvE before playing in PvP. If you don't get used to your character and its skills, people will scream at you and berate you by calling you noob or worse.
In Tyria you get skills for free for completing certain quests. In Canthas, you get skills in a small town. Then you get zip for the rest of the game.
Play the PvE, don't get runs or power leveled, you won't appreciate the monsters nor the skills you can aquire. Also, you can only use 1 elite at a time, so don't go creating builds with nothing but elites.

You may not find plague *touch* for a while, but you can likely purchase plague sending soon. So, if you really want that condition removal, I'd use it. Another nice skill for a new W/N to look at is blood renewal, which is pretty nice to help you heal.
If we don't seem to be giving you very specific advice it's because we would all rather not give you a set build, you'll enjoy PvE more without one.
Good Luck with your warrior!
